Where are you located?
- I am located in Ottawa, On, Canada

Who is your shipping Provider?
- I ship using Canada Posts Letter Mail, Registered Mail and Flat Rate Box services.

Do you ship Internationally?
- Yes we ship Internationally although its expensive.

Do you offer Returns or Refunds
- Yes If something is damaged upon delivery I will make it right whether its offering  a duplicate product or a refund. If its from wear and tear I wont be replacing said product.

Do you offer local pickup?
- Yes I do pickup/drop off in Ottawa, and plan on going to Petawawa monthly, we can arrange a meet up. Please dont use a PO box as a drop off. I wont be delivering to a course floor or dnd office building. 

Shipping Charges, What's up with them?
- Shipping charges are set by Canada Post not myself, more often then not I refund a portion of shipping charges if it ends up being cheaper then quoted. If you want a specific shipping quote please email me and I will get that price for you.

 Non tracked shipping
- If you use this option to save on shipping, please remember before emailing me that I cannot provide a tracking number, nor will I replace product shipped without tracking or insurance.
